Betty R. Thacker, 53 of Canal Winchester formerly of Portsmouth died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, in Mt Carmel West Hospital in Columbus. There will be graveside services 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
