Clay schools set registration
The Clay Local School District will have new student registration for all grade levels from 9 to 11 a.m. and noon to 2 p.m. at Clay High School, 44 Clay High St.
In order to be registered, each student must have a birth certificate, Social Security number, shot record, and custody papers if applicable. The first day of school in the Clay Local School District will be Aug. 22

Back to School Blast is Thursday
Back to School Blast will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McKell Elementary, U.S. 23, South Shore, Ky. Students and parents can see what is happening for the coming school year, meet the staff and learn about new programs. Refreshments will be served.
Applications for show are available
Applications are now available for the annual craft sow at Pike Lake State Park during the Harvest Moon Camp Out. The craft show will be Oct. 6. There will be a $10 entry fee.
