GREENUP, Ky. — The Greenup County Health Department will host walk in seasonal flu vaccine clinics on selected dates in October.

The remaining dates at the Greenup location will be: Oct. 10, 17, 24, and the 31. The flu vaccination clinics will operate from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each of those days.

Flu vaccinations are also available at both the Greenup and South Shore clinics during normal clinic hours through the new same day scheduling system.

Flu vaccinations will also be available during Greenup County Old Fashion Days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 4.

The kitchen area of the courthouse is the designated location for the flu vaccinations.

The Trivalent, which covers three strains of flu will cost $15, the Quadrivalent which covers four strains of flu will be $20. There will also be FluMist Quadrivalent for $20 and a High Dose Flu available to people 65 and older for $30.
