Toby Lamb-Agg Robbery, Failre to comply, Receiving Stolen Property, 3 counts Trafficking in Heroin and Conspiracy to Trafficking. Last known address: 130 Irouquios drive-West Carrollton Ohio.
John R. Fout– Probation Violation. Last known address: 93 Carlyle Ave Portsmouth
Randy Verlin Scott Foreman– one count possession of Heroin and two counts of failure to appear. Last known address 74 Center Street, Lucasville, Ohio.
Micheal L. Bailey-one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, One count of Having a weapon under Disability and one count of failure to appear. Last known address 261 C Parson Rd. Minford, Ohio, CAPTURED 2/29/2016
Ronald Scoggins-Aggravated trafficking in drugs and two counts of Illegal Manufacture of drugs (Meth). Last known address-2970 Pollock Road, McDermott, Ohio. CAPTURED 2/29/2016
