A Scioto County man has been injured in an ATV crash. Jeff Stamper, 30, of 4104 New Cedar Street, New Boston, was injured Tuesday while riding his 2012 Polaris Sportsman ATV in Wayne National Forest.

According to another ATV rider, Stamper went off the trail and struck a tree. The other rider said he placed Stamper on his ATV and took him to the trail head and called 911.

Stamper was air-lifted to St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia.
