Criminal indicators were observed and the front seat passenger was asked to exit the vehicle. The passenger voluntarily consented to a pat-down. During the pat down, a bag of pills was discovered on his person. The passenger voluntarily removed a baggy containing 250 Oxymorphone pills, worth $30,000. The passenger, Deron M. King, 24, of Detroit, Mich., was incarcerated in the Scioto County Jail and charged with possession of Oxymorphone and trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies.
