On behalf of the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America, for the successful completion of the highest rank in scouting, a ceremony was held at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Wheelersburg, Ohio on August 20th, 2017. The Scoutmaster for Troop 12 is Mike Finn. Joseph’s project was the restoration of St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery located in Otway, Ohio. The project included clearing brush, repainting and repairing fencing, painting a chapel roof, and cleaning and restoring tomb stones.
