SSU to host 2017 Fall Bear Run

Shawnee State University will be hosting its annual Fall Bear Run on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 6 p.m.

The Fall Bear Run will take place on the new course raced at the last Spring Bear Run, which takes the runners through campus and the floodwall.

Registration is free for all SSU students, staff, faculty, alumni, Golden Bears, and all students under the age of 18, if participants register before Sept. 1. Registration is $10 for all other racers.

Fees will go up to $5 for SSU students, staff, faculty, alumni, Golden Bears and students under the age of 18 after the Sept. 1 deadline but by the Sept. 20 deadline. Registration goes up to $15 for general public.

Then after Sept. 21, registration fees for all SSU students, faculty, staff, alumni, Golden Bears and students under 18 will be $10, and $20 for all other racers.

T-shirts are available for $10 for sizes S-XL and $11 for sizes XXL and XXXL.
