2016 Junior Fair Queen Jordan Hileman would like to extend an invitations to all Junior Fair Queens past to help celebrate the history and the Scioto County Fair.

Hileman will be hosting a Fair Queen gathering at the Scioto County Fair, Aug. 6 at 3 p.m. in the tent near the grandstands. It’s requested that the queens bring an 8×10 framed photo if they can. These photos will be permanently displayed in the 4H building. If bringing a photo isn’t possible, you’re still invited to attend.

During her time as Fair Queen, Hileman has traveled to many county fairs and festivals this past year and remains proud of the Scioto County fair. For Hileman, the fair is a family tradition. She and her family have attended the fair for many years through 4H, watching grandstand entertainers and participating in open farm shows.

“Our fair is a great experience for families to share generation after generation and to pass on those memories,” said Hileman. “I can’t wait for this years 4H shows, the Rodeo on Monday, the two demolition derbies, seeing the Bellamy Brothers as well as the Charlie Daniels Band and of course – the Continental circus.”

For further information, please contact Jordan Hileman at 740-858-3276.
