Launch party set for April

After performing around the tri-state for over 20 years, local hard-rock band, Kings Hollow has announced the launch of their new EP titled, ”Neverlasting.”

Kings Hollow is composed of Singer Jeff Ratliff, guitarists Mike Defoe and Mike Livingston, bass player Mike Adrian, drummer Mark Defoe.

Despite their long-standing history, the band never found the right time to record. Rather than spend money for studio time and pay someone else to produce their tracks, guitarist Mike Livingston took courses in production so the band could do the work themselves, perfecting the mixes and final cuts.

The launch party will be held at the Portsmouth Brewing Company, 224 2nd Street, Portsmouth on April 22. The band will perform from 8-10 p.m. and will host a social hour til 11 p.m. All ages are welcome. Admission is $5 but each person will receive a copy of the new EP in exchange. Admission is free for those under 18.

If you can’t attend the party but would like to purchase a hard-copy of the CD, Livingston encourages those interested to message their Facebook Page, @KingsHollowBand and he will personally mail out copies.

If you prefer digital content, the EP is available on Google Play, Itunes, and CD Baby. You can also preview the EP by visiting www.reverbnation.com/kingshollow.
