Whitfield sentenced to 16 years

Ashland, Ky. (March 10, 2017) – In April 2016 Detectives with the Kentucky State Police Post 14 and Ashland Police Department began an investigation into illegal drug activity being conducted by Broc Whitfield. Between April and August 2016 Detectives made several undercover drug purchases (determined to be cocaine) from Whitfield.

Broc Whitfield, age 30, originally from Detroit Michigan but currently residing on Beech Street in Ashland was arrested on September 2, 2016, charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) and lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.

On Thursday March 2017 Broc Whitfield was sentenced in US Federal Court to 16 years in prison.
