Two indicted on charges of meth and child endangerment

GREENUP, Ky. —Jonda R. Brown, 33, and William Neace, 49, both of Jeff Valley Road, were indicted on May 1, for allegedly cooking methamphetamine in the presence of two children, according to reports from the Circuit Courts of Greenup County, Ky.

According to court reports, Brown and Neace were and charged with possessing two or more chemicals or items of equipment for unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine. Other charges include trafficking a controlled substance in the first degree, two counts of possession of a controlled substance first degree, endangerment to a child fourth degree. The charges carry a combined maximum sentence of 45 years in prison.

According to court records, both Brown and Neace were arrested April 1 by the Kentucky State Police, and are being held in the Greenup County Detention Center.
