Two arrested for drugs in Russell

RUSSELL, Ky. — FADE Drug Task Force reports the arrest of Hobert Gearheart at his home on Beech Street in Russell on Wednesday, when considerable amounts of marijuana were discovered in his home. Todd R. Bradley, of Fayetteville, Ohio, was also arrested when he arrived at Gearheart’s home allegedly to purchase drugs.

FADE Drug Task Force Officers said Gearheart faces multiple charges. Officers also said Gearheart has prior drug charges from 2001 and 2012. Bradley has been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon along with drug possession. FADE worked in conjunction with the Russell Police department to arrest Gearheart and Bradley.

Both men were detained in the Greenup County Detention Center.
