Emily Shope is being crowned Valley High School Football Homecoming Queen as the Valley Indians host the Waverly Tigers tonight. Emily is the daughter of Rick and Nellie Shope of Lucasville. Escorting the queen is Brandon Zimmer, son of Debbie Stone of Lucasville and Terry and Rhonda Zimmer of Wheelersburg, and Zach Shope, son of Terry and Ellen Shope of Lucasville.
The queen’s flower girl is Kerigan Davis, daughter of Shane and Janel Davis of Minford. Carrying the queen’s crown will be Boston Webb, son of Nathan and Crystal Webb of Lucasville.
First senior attendant is Christina Lute, daughter of Scott and Kim Lute of Lucasville. Christina will be escorted by J.J. Hettinger, son of Charlie and Melissa Hettinger of Lucasville.
Second senior attendant is Kandace Smith. Kandace is the daughter of Russell and Benita Sherrick of Lucasville. She will be escorted by Matt Rawlins, son of Mandy Kinskey of Lucasville and Jeremy Truitt of Pickerington.
The Senior Vocational School Attendant is Brianna Mullen, daughter of Mary Leadingham of Lucasville and Lonny Mullen of Wheelersburg. Brianna will be escorted by Will Howard, son of Craig and Lisa Howard of Lucasville.
The junior attendant is Elysia Montgomery. Elysia is the daughter of Brian and Traci Montgomery of Lucasville. Elysia’s escort will be Ethan Clark-Holbrook, son of Michael Phillips and Chriss Holbrook, both of Lucasville.
Sophomore attendant is Samantha Miller. Samantha is the daughter of John and Christina Miller of Lucasville. She will be escorted by Alex Craft, son of Mike Craft of Lucasville.
The freshman attendant is Grace Duduit, daughter of Blaine and Deanna Duduit of Lucasville. Grace will be escorted by Kenny Williams, son of Joe and Nancy Williams of Lucasville.
The Valley Cheerleaders are sponsoring an after the game dance in honor of the Queen and her court. The theme will be “My Wish”.
