Specifications may be obtained at the Office of Engineering upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Forty Dollars ($40.00). Bids are to be submitted to the Office of Engineering, 728 Second Street, Room 25, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.Wages to be paid under this contract shall not be less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations, in accordance with Section 4115.04 of the Ohio Revised Code.The contractor shall maintain such insurance as will protect him from claims under the Workers' Compensation Act and other claims for damage under this contract. Such insurance shall be in the amount of $100,000/$300,000 or more. Certification of such insurance shall be filed with the City Engineering office.
